    This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Project Gift Card and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Project Gift Card believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Project Gift Card and its subsidiaries.

    In addition to any other rights or remedies available to Project Gift Card and without any liability whatsoever, Project Gift Card, in its sole discretion, at any time and without notice may terminate or restrict your access to any component of Project Gift Card.

     

    Purchasing Agreement

     

    By purchasing this product you agree to all the terms and agreements for payment and delivery as outlined on the product and order page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email.

     

    Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold Project Gift Card and its subsidiaries, affiliated parties, employees, partners, associates, resellers, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any transactions conducted on Project Gift Card, or between its said partners, your connection to the Project Gift Card site, or your violation of any rights of another associated with Project Gift Card.

    Ownership; Proprietary Rights

    The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code, products, software (including any downloadable software), services, and all other elements of the Project Gift Card website and Service provided by Project Gift Card ("Materials") are protected by United States copyright, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. Except for any Content Submissions, all Materials contained on the Project Gift Card website and Service are the copyrighted property of Project Gift Card or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third–party licensors, or in the case of gift cards, the gift card issuers and retailers at which the cards may be redeemed. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Project Gift Card or its affiliates and/or third–party trademark owners. Except as expressly authorized by Project Gift Card, you agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of the Materials. All logos and trademarks on the Project Gift Card website are property of their registered owners.

    Eligibility; Member Accounts

    Project Gift Card is intended exclusively for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. In order to buy/sell/donate cards you must be at least eighteen years (18) of age. By accessing or using this Service you signify you meet these requirements.  Individuals between the ages of thirteen (13) years of age to eighteen (18) may visit our site under parental supervision. You do not need to be a registered member of the Project Gift Card website to complete a transaction. Project Gift Card reserves the right to refuse service to any individual and furthermore the Service is not available to any Users previously terminated or removed from the Service by Project Gift Card.

    Payments and Pricing

    Project Gift Card reserves the right to alter retail prices at any time without prior notice. Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order.  All applicable taxes will be added once your order is being processed.

    Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted once your credit card payment has gone through successfully. Any credit card disputes or charge backs are your responsibility. We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. By completing a transaction with Project Gift Card you are certifying that your form of payment submitted is one you are owner of, legal, and authorize to complete the transaction for services rendered.

    Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment

    After completing your transaction with Project Gift Card, we will ship your card (s) via registered mail within 5-7 days from the date of your order.  Project Gift Card may use multiple cards to fulfill your order. In example, $100 gift card may be fulfilled by (2) $50 cards. While the retailer would remain the same, the customer may receive multiple cards to fulfill the value of the order. Shipping cards to Project Gift Card is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for gift cards and/or store credits until they have been received by Project Gift Card.

    This internet site may contain third party links which have been provided for your convenience. These website links are strictly independent and Project Gift Card expressly disclaims any liability for such sites or their content and makes no representation or warranty as to any products, services or terms and conditions offered by such third-party sites.     Gift Cards

    Project Gift Card may permit you, the customer, to buy or sell gift cards or store credits that are valid for goods or services by third parties (“Gift Cards”). Gift Card transactions on or through the Project Gift Card Service are governed by this Agreement. You agree to pay all applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity in connection with your participation in the Service. The maximum liability assumed equals the amount you, the customer, paid to Project Gift Card or the gift card (s) and/or store credit value.  

    Buying a Gift Card through Project Gift Card

    Project Gift Card may allow you to buy gift cards or store credits. By purchasing a gift card or store credit, you acknowledge and agree that you must pay for the card with a valid form of payment accepted by Project Gift Card as detailed on the payments page. Project Gift Card reserves the right to sell gift cards to customers and also sells gift cards based on supply and demand. We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and that at any time to correct, cancel, reject or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or charged to your selected method of payment. We will promptly issue you, the customer, a credit if an order has been charged for a purchase and subsequently cancelled. By purchasing a card from Project Gift Card you acknowledge that while the value of the card will be what is represented on the website the image of the gift card may vary. Graphics used on the website are for display purposes only to represent the said corresponding Merchant.

    Product Availability

    Project Gift Card reserves the right to change or update the availability status of product inventory without notice or warning. We will do our very best to keep customers informed regarding product inventory and availability.

    Selling Gift Card to Project Gift Card

    Project Gift Card purchases gift cards or store credits with a minimum balance of $25.00 from customers at a discount to their current available balance. Gift cards and/or store credits must be a minimum of fourteen (14) days old. Cards that we purchase are subject to verification and approval from Project Gift Card. We buy cards from retailers located in the United States and in US currency. Card values and merchants are all subject to approval by Project Gift Card. Project Gift Card reserves the right to purchase the card and return it to the customer if they deem it invalid, fraudulent, unusable,  or for any other reason not a valid transaction. Project Gift Card has the right to maintain sole and absolute discretion in regards to all gift card (s) / store credit (s) transactions.  We may limit our purchasing of cards depending on supply and demand.  You, the customer, hereby represent and agree in regards to any card you sell through or on the Project Gift Card Service that the card is valid, redeemable for the amount of credit you state through the service, you are the sole lawful owner of the card and all interests, the card is not subject to any liens, obligations or burdens of a third party and you shall meet the terms required by the Project Gift Card Service in order to complete the transaction. All fraudulent cards will be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authority.

    Lost and Stolen Cards 

     We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.  Treat your Gift Card like cash, because lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.

    Charities and Donations

    Donations made by you, the consumer, to Project Gift Card’s said charitable organizations are non-refundable. Charitable organizations are subject to change. Project Gift Card reserves the right to donate to specific organizations that may change without notice.  Project Gift Card is does not endorse and is no way affiliated with the charities or organizations as mentioned on the Project Gift Card website and/or Service.  We reserve the right to refuse donations and limit amounts of gift cards and/or store credits accepted and purchased. A portion of net proceeds (once the card is sold and the payment has been successfully collected) will be donated to the charitable organization as designated by Project Gift Card. Project Gift Card will provide a twenty (20) percent match on donations from the net proceeds.  Matching donations is at the sole and absolute discretion of Project Gift Card.

    Fraudulent & Suspicious Transactions

    While majority of gift card sales and purchases are genuine, people with the intention of committing fraud have sometimes used stolen funds to buy gift cards, or sell gift cards purchased with stolen funds. Project Gift Card reserves the right to hold gift card orders while we follow up with customers on source of gift cards/funds. Mailing a gift card to Project Gift Card does not guarantee that the card will be purchased. We reserve the right to reject gift cards shipped to us for any reason, if we determine that purchasing the card will result in financial or reputation risk to our company. We may also request purchase receipt for high value gift cards before we make payment.

    The sale of stolen property or the perpetration of fraud using the Project Gift Card Service is strictly forbidden and violates the law. We strongly support law enforcement efforts to recover any stolen property that is listed on Project Gift Card, and we urge the prosecution of those responsible for knowingly attempting to sell such items using the Project gift Card Service or otherwise engaging in criminal fraudulent activity. Stolen property includes items taken from private individuals, as well as property taken without authorization from companies or government entities. Fraudulent activity includes use conversion, or sale to a third party of any card or product sold to Project Gift Card. We will actively work with gift card issuers, processors, and other gift card service providers, as well as appropriate law enforcement services, to thwart any activities involving stolen, fraudulent, or other illegal uses or cards.

    Refund Policy

    Project Gift Card is happy to provide customers with a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the card has been unused (subject to verification). After 30 days, or if the card is used for any amount, Project Gift Card may consider purchasing the card as a sales transaction and pay the appropriate percentage as determined by Project Gift Card. There are no exchanges for any cards and donated cards are non-refundable.

    Coupons or Promotional Codes

    Coupon/Promotional codes that are issued are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice at anytime. Project Gift Card reserves the right to cease coupon or promotional codes being used against specific cards.

    Intellectual Property and Site Usage

    All content, including without limitation, all text, design, graphics, drawings, photographs, code and software and all organization and presentation of such content, which forms part of this website, are subject to intellectual property rights, including copyright and trade-marks, trade names, words, slogans, logos held by or licensed to Project Gift Card or any of its affiliates. All such rights are expressly reserved. Use of certain other trade-marks, trade names, logos and images are the property of their respective owners and except as expressly authorized, shall constitute a violation of the rights of the respective owner of the property.

    The Project Gift Card website may not, in whole or in part, be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without the written permission of Project Gift Card, except that you may download, display and print the materials presented on the website for your personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use of Project Gift Card and/or the materials contained on Project Gift Card may violate applicable copyright, trade-mark or other intellectual property laws or other laws.
